Had a great experience working with Trevor and Harvest Auto Family. I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model S Plaid from them completely remotely while I was overseas, so naturally I had plenty of questions and concerns about buying a car I hadn't seen in person. Trevor was extremely responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. He arranged a detailed FaceTime walkaround, answered all my questions about the car's history and condition, helped verify the battery/range, worked with me on the paperwork and financing, and coordinated enclosed shipping all the way to Massachusetts. He was also very accommodating about documenting the condition of the car before transport. The Plaid arrived exactly as represented and in great condition. Buying a car remotely from halfway around the world could have been stressful, but Trevor made the whole process surprisingly easy. Really happy with the car and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Trevor and Harvest again.

I completed an out of state purchase for a vehicle with Parker, and was impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Great experience working with Harvest! I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state, and Trevor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, provided plenty of pictures, and answered every question I had, which made buying a vehicle much more comfortable. I flew in late the night before to pick up the vehicle, and thanks to everything Trevor had prepared in advance, I was able to look it over, complete the paperwork, and get back on the road in no time. We did run into an issue with a tire pressure sensor, but the team addressed it right away. To ensure there were no future problems, they even sent me home with four brand-new TPMS sensors, making sure no stone was left unturned. I highly recommend Harvest. Trevor and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable!
